After breakfast in your hotel, we will start for a three-day tour from Agadir to Marrakech through Sahara desert trip at 8:00 a.m. and travel to Ouarzazate via Taroudant, where we will have a brief tour of the historical walls and souks...
Then take in the scenery of the Atlas Mountains. We'll arrive in the ancient Kasbah Ait-Benhaddou on the edge of the High Atlas. This fortified walled city, situated exactly on the caravan route between Marrakech and the Sahara in the 17th century, was once a prosperous commercial hub.
Six Kasbahs and a small number of dwellings are located within the high mud walls. Gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia are two films in which Ait Benhaddou has appeared.
We will have free time to roam around this wonderful Kasbah before heading to Ouarzazate to explore Atlas Studios before checking into our Hotel/Riad for the night. Dinner and stay will be in Ouarzazate.
We'll start our adventure from Ouarzazate, renowned as the "gateway to the desert," to Merzouga after breakfast. We'll make a pit stop at Ouarzazate to see the exquisite architecture of Kasbah Taourirte.
Following that, we'll travel along the Thousand Kasbah Road, Rose Valley, and Dades Valley. We'll take in the breathtaking vistas of the Todra Valley, which is dotted with Berber communities and palm groves. Later, we arrive at Todra Gorge, a cool and natural location with orange towering cliffs.
Todra Gorges are about 1,000 feet deep. It's also a popular climbing spot, and we'll take our time exploring this incredible location.
We continue our journey to the Sahara desert in the afternoon, passing through various Berber settlements such as: Tinjdad, Melaab, and Erfoud are three characters. On the way, you'll have time for lunch.
Once we reach the amazing location of Erg-Chebbi sand dunes, you will embark on a 1:30-minute camel trek to desert camp across the beautiful, unique orange-colored sand dunes.
This is a magnificent experience where you may feed your spirit while watching the beautiful sunset from the middle of the sand dunes. Dinner and nights will be in camp, with music playing and the opportunity to play in the sand dunes under a million stars.
We recommend waking up early on the last day of our 3 Days from Agadir to Marrakech through desert tour to see the stunning sunrise. After breakfast and a shower, go for a camel ride back to Merzouga.
